Building your dream home is a significant journey, and the consultation is where we ensure we’re the perfect partners for the road ahead. This session is about building a strong rapport and understanding your vision on a deeper level. We’ll review your Questionnaire, discuss the meaning and purpose of your project, and outline expectations for the journey. By aligning our goals and clarifying the next steps, the consultation lays the groundwork for a smooth and collaborative process, giving you confidence that you’ve chosen the right builder for your Forever Home.

DESIGN

Whether working with existing plans or creating a design from scratch, we guide you through the process, ensuring your vision and budget are aligned. Through collaborative meetings, we’ll refine sketches, explore ideas, and ensure your feedback shapes the final design.By working closely with you and helping manage external consultants, we make the design process seamless and stress-free. Together, we focus on creating a plan that avoids budget surprises and sets your project up for success.

PRICING

Our Qualifying Build Estimate (QBE) ensures your design and budget are aligned from the start. Delivered within seven days of payment, the QBE provides a clear “Build Spend Range” with detailed allowances for every aspect of your project, giving you confidence to move forward.

Once construction documents are complete, we create a Fully Detailed Proposal (FDP). This comprehensive estimate includes labor, materials, contractor costs, and allowances, forming the financial blueprint for your project.

To avoid budget surprises, we encourage finalizing selections, like tiles and fixtures, during this stage. Revisions are made collaboratively to align the scope with your budget, ensuring clarity and precision as we move toward construction.

BUILD PHASE

Once your project is confirmed, the excitement truly begins! We’ll meet on-site to kick things off and guide you through the journey as your vision comes to life. This is where the ideas and plans transform into the home you’ve been dreaming of.

Our team keeps you informed with regular updates, progress photos, and site visits, so you can witness every step of the transformation.
